Shipping and return

 

Shipping :

If the parts are available in stock, they are generally dispatched within 2 working days after the acknowledgement of receipt sending. The carrier is chosen by us according to the destination, availability and size of the parcel. A tracking number will be sent to the customer by the chosen carrier. If you require express delivery, please contact us using the contact form as this method of delivery incurs additional costs. Whatever delivery method you choose, we will send you a link to track your parcel online.

Shipping costs include preparation, packaging and postage. Preparation costs are fixed, whereas transport costs vary according to the total weight of the parcel. We recommend that you combine all your items in a single order. We cannot group two distinct orders placed separately, and shipping fees will apply to each of them. Your package will be dispatched at your own risk, but special care is taken to protect fragile objects.

 

Boxes are sized appropriately, and your items are adequately protected.

 

Returns :

Return transport will be at our expense only if it is Acimex’s mistake.

All returned products must be unused and in their original, undamaged packaging. Once the product has been received and checked, it will be refunded by means of a credit note and a 30% discount on the original price (unless the mistake was made by Acimex, in which case the refund will be made in full by bank transfer).
